The Desert Eichlers, the first Eichlers built in Palm Springs in the 21st century, are a beautiful feat of design and architecture. But with plans from the man himself, it’s not hard to build an incredible home. However, Steven Shields of Shields Residential had an upper hand over Eichler and his builders from back in the day: 21st century homeowners.
We talked with Steven about what makes the new Eichlers structurally different as well as some of the unexpected information and inspiration he used to make sure the Desert Eichlers were better than ever before!
