Pack your bags and book your flight—as long as it’s on Air France and you’re heading to the Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Why? You won’t want to miss the airline’s stylish new business lounge.
Brimming with more amenities than we previously thought possible, the business lounge is designed for recharging the weary traveler in an effortlessly chic environment. Midcentury Modern influence can be seen everywhere—from the furnishings in the lounge and light therapy areas to the wood clad walls and gold accents.
The lounge also boasts plenty of modern amenities, but none are quite as unique as a screen that mimics the sky.
From Air France:
At the center, the designer has integrated a LED screen into the parquet floor depicting an image of the sky. From daybreak to dusk, this giant window of light imitates the variations of the day in real time. Whatever your departure time, this sky is like an introduction to your journey, before jetting across time zones.
Here are just a few of the amenities you can enjoy (while sitting in a midcentury chair)
- Wellness area offering detox drinks, facials, saunas, and more
- Handcrafted cocktails
- Gourmet cuisine
- Entertainment-filled kid area
- Work stations as well as private meeting areas
- Air France shopping
- Cell phone-free lounge for resting
The only question is, when are we going? Read more about the Midcentury Modern-inspired lounge here.
