Disneyland has been closed for a record 36 days so far in response to the corona virus pandemic. In fact, the park was among the first high-profile destinations in the country to make the decision. As spring break has come and gone and the summer vacation season looming, the prospect of a visit to Disneyland is still uncertain. But park fans can rejoice– Disney and it’s partner Dole, have just released the until-now secret recipe for Disneyland’s beloved Dole Whip, a pineapple-flavored frozen-yogurt style dessert.
So whether you’re going through Disneyland withdrawals or just want to whip up a refreshing treat to get you in the spirit of summer a little early, try your hand at making this Dole Whip at home. The best part? It only requires 4 pretty simple ingredients!
Dole Whip Recipe

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple juice, frozen in an ice cube tray
- 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen
- 2-1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice, banana, and powdered sugar in a blender. Cover; blend until smooth, gradually adding coconut milk and scraping down sides if necessary. Serve immediately.
