Nestled in what is known as “Little Beverly Hills,” this Alexander Construction Company-built home belonged to an Olympian in the 1950s. It suffered neglect and fell into disrepair until the latest two homeowners restored it to its former glory and transformed into a midcentury paradise.
About Little Beverly Hills
Originally named Ramon Rise Estates, this neighborhood of Palm Springs was built in the 1950s, in part by the Alexander Construction Company. The Alexander-built section was touted as “Enchanted Village,” but since the neighborhood’s streets borrow their names from streets in Beverly Hills, the nickname “Little Beverly Hills” took off until it became officially referred to as Little Beverly Hills in the 90s. Learn more about the neighborhood’s history here.
