Palm Springs’ Modernism Week Fall Preview is back! On the agenda this year are house tours of the Frey House, the Modernism Show & Sale, and on October 16, 2021, Atomic Ranch‘s very own Ian McMaster and designer Danielle Nagel of Dazey LA will host a house tour of a bright and lively Krisel home. Ticket holders to the event can enjoy beer, wine and refreshments while touring the home inside and out, and then enjoy a live interview and Q&A with Dani and Ian McMaster of Atomic Ranch. Atomic Ranch Brand Leader Jickie Torres relates, “I’m so excited by this fall’s event because it’s a really fun opportunity for attendees to see bold style in action! Dani is just bursting with fun vibrant and colorful style and love that she doesn’t hold back in expressing herself in this mid century home, nor is she afraid to experiment with design ideas! There’s much to learn from the architecture of this Krisel home and its lesser-known neighborhood as well as from Dani’s interior design. Jickie elaborates, “Dani’s Krisel home is such a little gem. It’s in a really neat neighborhood that hasn’t seen a ton of play at Modernism Week yet but it’s a special little enclave that’s a great place for potential home buyers to explore. And the home has some wonderful original details—Krisel’s design packs a huge punch into a small space and Dani was lucky to get the one with lots of original details and she’s kept them.”

Whether it’s the decor or the architecture or both that interests you most, there’s a bit of something for everyone in the Atomic Ranch + Dazey LA event this year. “I think both dedicated preservationists and interior design and décor enthusiasts will really enjoy getting to tour this space,” Jickie says.
