Last weekend, Atomic Ranch and friends had a booth at the Modernism Week Show and Sale event in Palm Springs. Atomic Ranch comes into your mailbox, your phone, your inbox, your social feed, but there’s really no substitute for face-to-face–especially in a year when we know what it’s like to be so limited in face-to-face connections. And the craftsmanship we appreciate as Mid Mod fans also has a tactile element to it. We were happy to provide space to showcase products from vendors who take care and pride in their retro-inspired work.
Moku Artisan is one such example. Check out this video!
La Chica artist Kathleen Strukoff is another.
And Jickie at Atomic Ranch has been hard at work as well, not only on curating the magazine’s vision and presence, but also on the Atomic Ranch’s book, Remodeled Marvels. Jickie signed copies. If you missed the event, don’t worry, you can order your copy here.
